Jesse Seitz Building around AI, education, investing, and community.

Builder / Investor / Education entrepreneur

Building at the intersection of AI, education, real estate, and community.

I am interested in changing old institutions and creating new ones: schools, career paths, investing, wealth management, real estate, and physical places that make people's lives better and bring them together.

Through-line

Redesigning old systems for a world shaped by AI.

My work keeps circling the same question: how do we use new technology and better incentives to change old institutions or create new ones that make people's lives better?

That question shows up in Novo Prep, in real estate and community spaces, in AI career tools, in wealth strategy, and in the notes I write to stress-test what I think is changing. The thread is making useful things that help people learn, make better decisions, and find each other in real life.

Core lanes

The map is broad. The pattern is not.

01

AI-forward education

Novo Prep, individualized learning, mastery-based progression, and the next version of school.

02

Markets and labor

How AI changes knowledge work, business models, public markets, and the value of human judgment.

03

Real estate and capital

Real assets, long-term ownership, capital allocation, and the operating details behind durable businesses.

04

Community spaces

Climbing gyms, schools, physical places, and businesses that create real-world belonging.

05

Tools and experiments

Small apps, games, agents, and decision systems that turn a thesis into something you can use.

Current builds

Education, wealth, and community are the active edges.

Novo Prep is the education project. MissionFirst Wealth is the capital and planning project. Las Rocas is the physical community project. Different categories, same instinct: build around people and make the experience more human.
