I invest across public equities and real estate, and I spend a lot of time thinking about how AI is going to change the economy. Writing helps me stress-test my ideas — and occasionally realize I'm wrong about something, which is useful too.
This site is where I put the longer stuff that doesn't fit in a tweet. Sometimes I also build little games and puzzles when I need a break from staring at charts.
